The purpose of the exercises is to relieve the constant pelvic muscle tension due to stress and our lifestyle. We want to create well-functioning, flexible and, above all, relaxed muscles, which is a basic condition for the proper functioning of the genital organs. We don’t want to gain muscle mass and we don’t want powerful muscles right now. That is why it is very important to perform the exercises dynamically, with relatively fast movements, with the greatest possible displacement, and then to relax! Avoid static muscle strain, just hold the end of the movement for a moment! Comparing it to an exercise in the gym, I could explain that when we want to build bulging big muscles, we use heavy weights, do fewer and slower movements. This is good for making nice round biceps. But the pelvic micromuscles do not have to be spectacularly swollen, they can work well if they are fast and relaxed. Like the muscles of a badminton player.

The importance of relaxation cannot be overemphasized! Relax after every exercise with the help of breathing exercises! In addition, learn how you can consciously relax the muscles of your pelvis and especially the pelvic floor at any time of the day and anywhere. With the help of the breathing exercises included in the class material, try to relax them as many times as possible, paying attention to the muscles of the pelvic floor. This alone helps a lot in maintaining and restoring the proper functioning of the genitals.
